In the heart of China’s Kanbula National Forest Park lies Jianzang Village, a place of magnificent landscapes, a profound connection between people and nature, and a cultural treasure: the Tibetan Opera — a millenary expression of art, faith and values, that keeps being traditionally transmitted from one generation to another. The documentary portrays three different generations and their relation with the Zhimei Gengden opera spectacle, as they prepare for a very special performance.
